• All content on Tome Genius, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tome Genius and is protected by international copyright laws.
• You can download and distribute Tomes in PDF and Audio freely as long as you don't modify them and you don't use them for commercial purposes. You can't distribute the HTML version of the Tomes in any way, but you can share the link to the tome on Tome Genius.
• You can't use the content for the purpose of data mining, scraping, or other similar activities including but not limited to the use of AI.

Payment

• Access to certain content on Tome Genius may be subject to payment through Stripe. Your payment information is secure, and transactions are processed in accordance with Stripe's terms.

Consent

• By using Tome Genius, you consent to the use of cookies, Google Analytics, and other specified services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Accountability
